  • Ground chicken - 450 grams
  • Grated mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon

  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Pizza sauce - 100 grams
  • Sliced bell peppers - 50 grams
  • Sliced mushrooms - 50 grams
  • Sliced olives - 30 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese (for topping) - 50 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, grated mozzarella cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, egg, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and spread the chicken mixture into a circle, approximately 1.5 cm thick, to form the pizza crust.
