- 200g grilled chicken breast - diced
- 2 large whole wheat tortillas
- 100g romaine lettuce - chopped
- 50g cherry tomatoes - halved
- 30g Parmesan cheese - grated
- 60g Caesar dressing
- Salt and pepper - to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Optional: 1 tablespoon capers - rinsed
Steps
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
