Ingredients

  • 200g grilled chicken breast - diced
  • 2 large whole wheat tortillas
  • 100g romaine lettuce - chopped
  • 50g cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 30g Parmesan cheese - grated
  • 60g Caesar dressing
  • Salt and pepper - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon capers - rinsed

Steps

  1. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the diced chicken. Season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes until heated through.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, grated Parmesan cheese, and optional capers.
  3. Add the cooked chicken to the bowl and drizzle with Caesar dressing. Toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
  4. Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface and spoon the chicken Caesar mixture onto the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it up tightly from the bottom to create a wrap.
