Ingredients

  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Bell pepper (red or green) - 1 medium, sliced
  • Carrot - 1 medium, julienned
  • Broccoli florets - 100 grams
  • Snow peas - 50 grams
  • Egg noodles (or rice noodles) - 150 grams, cooked according to package instructions
  • Green onions - 2, sliced for garnish
  • Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon for garnish

Steps

  1. In a bowl, marinate the sliced chicken breast with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce for about 10 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
