  • Sweet potato - 300 grams

  • Dried thyme - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Peel and dice the sweet potatoes into 1-inch cubes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the sweet potatoes, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, paprika, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
