Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, diced
  • Fresh spinach - 150 grams, chopped
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
  • Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cooked chicken and spinach mixture with softened cream cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese, mixing well.
