- Fresh spinach - 150 grams, chopped
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Italian seasoning - 1/2 teaspoon
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add diced chicken breast to the skillet, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
