  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Fresh spinach - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 50 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add diced chicken breast. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add fresh spinach to the skillet and sauté until wilted, about 2-3 minutes.
  4. Remove the skillet from heat and stir in cream cheese until evenly combined with the chicken and spinach mixture.
