- Bell pepper - 1 medium, diced
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Cumin - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
Steps
- Begin by marinating the chicken: In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are well-coated. Let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- In a medium saucepan, heat a little olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion and bell pepper, and sauté until they are soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
