  • chicken broth - 500 milliliters
  • carrot - 1 medium, diced
  • celery - 1 stalk, diced
  • onion - 1 medium, diced
  • garlic - 2 cloves, minced
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • all-purpose flour - 100 grams
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • milk - 120 milliliters
  • egg - 1 large
  • parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
  • salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrot, and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
  2. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
  3. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and add to the pot, cooking until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
