- all-purpose flour - 100 grams
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- milk - 120 milliliters
- egg - 1 large
- parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped
- salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add diced onion, carrot, and celery, cooking until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute until fragrant.
