  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, cut into florets
  • Bell pepper - 1 medium, sliced
  • Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
  • Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
  • Green onions - 2, chopped
  • Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic, grated ginger, and sliced bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the bell pepper is tender.
  4. Add the cauliflower florets to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes until they are tender but still crisp.
  5. Return the cooked chicken to the skillet. Pour in the soy sauce and sesame oil, mixing well to combine all ingredients. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until everything is heated through.
  6. Remove from heat, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
