- Garlic - 3 cloves, minced
- Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Ginger - 1 teaspoon, grated
- Green onions - 2, chopped
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced chicken breast and season with salt and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
