  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Garlic, minced - 2 cloves
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons
  • Chicken broth - 100 ml

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add minced garlic, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
  3. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and sauté for about 3-4 minutes until they are bright green and slightly tender.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Mix well.
  5. Add the chicken broth and almond flour to the mixture and stir until fully combined.

  7. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
