Ingredients

  • Cooked chicken breast, shredded - 200 grams
  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Almond flour - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, add olive oil and sauté the broccoli florets for about 5 minutes until slightly tender.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, sautéed broccoli, cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture into a small casserole dish and spread it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese and almond flour over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
