Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams
  • Broccoli florets - 200 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chicken breast, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and paprika, and cook until golden brown and cooked through, about 8-10 minutes. Remove from skillet and let cool slightly before chopping into bite-sized pieces.
  3. In the same skillet, add broccoli florets and sauté for 4-5 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from heat.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, half of the shredded cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until smooth.
  5. Add the chopped chicken and sautéed broccoli to the cream cheese mixture, stirring until everything is well coated.
