- Fettuccine pasta - 150 grams

- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Heavy cream - 200 ml
- Parmesan cheese - 50 grams, grated
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - a pinch
- Parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the fettuccine according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water and then drain the pasta.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through. Season with salt and pepper.

- Add the cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the Alfredo sauce.
