- romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
- cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- cucumber - 1 small, sliced
- red onion - 1/4 small, thinly sliced
- olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- lime juice - 1 tablespoon
- salt - to taste
- black pepper - to taste
- cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
