  • grilled chicken breast - 200 grams, sliced
  • avocado - 1 medium, sliced
  • romaine lettuce leaves - 4 large
  • cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
  • cucumber - 1 small, sliced
  • red onion - 1/4 small, thinly sliced
  • olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - to taste
  • cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)

Steps

  1. In a bowl, combine the sliced grilled chicken, avocado, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
  2. Take a large romaine lettuce leaf and spoon the chicken and avocado mixture into the center.
