  • bell pepper - 1/2, sliced

  • olive oil - for drizzling
  • black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine acorn flour and salt. Gradually add water and 2 tablespoons of olive oil, mixing until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 2-3 minutes until smooth.
