- Fresh spinach - 150 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Sour cream - 50 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Mayonnaise - 30 grams
- Garlic - 2 cloves, minced
- Onion - 1 small, finely chopped
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Red pepper flakes - 1/4 teaspoon (optional)
- Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until the onion becomes translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
