- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Egg - 1 large
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the fresh spinach. Sauté until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
- Remove the skillet from heat and allow the spinach to cool slightly. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop the spinach finely.
