  • Fresh spinach - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Egg - 1 large

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the fresh spinach. Sauté until wilted, about 3-5 minutes.
  3. Remove the skillet from heat and allow the spinach to cool slightly. Squeeze out excess moisture and chop the spinach finely.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the shredded mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and the egg. Mix well until smooth.
  5. Fold in the chopped spinach until evenly combined.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  7. Top with the remaining shredded mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.
