Ingredients

  • Chicken breast - 300 grams, cooked and shredded
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
  • Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
  • Heavy cream - 120 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Paprika - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  3. Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the cream mixture. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
  4. Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish (about 20x20 cm). Spread it out evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top to enhance flavor and help it brown.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
