- Chicken breast - 300 grams, cooked and shredded
- Cream cheese - 100 grams, softened
- Shredded cheddar cheese - 150 grams
- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Paprika - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Add the shredded chicken and half of the cheddar cheese to the cream mixture. Stir until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Transfer the chicken mixture to a greased baking dish (about 20x20 cm). Spread it out evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of the chicken mixture.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top to enhance flavor and help it brown.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before garnishing with chopped parsley. Serve warm.
