Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 400 grams, riced

  • Sharp cheddar cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Chives - 1 tablespoon, chopped (for garnish)

Steps

  1. In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the riced cauliflower. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  2. In the same saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the heavy cream and stir until combined.
