- Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Almond flour - 30 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Egg - 1 large
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Blanch for 3-4 minutes until slightly tender, then drain and let cool.
- Once cooled, use a clean kitchen towel to squeeze out excess moisture from the cauliflower.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained cauliflower, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, almond flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg and then add it to the cauliflower mixture. Mix until everything is well combined.
