Ingredients

  • Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese mixture and stir until the cauliflower is well coated.
  5. Transfer the cauliflower mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
  6. Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
