- Cauliflower florets - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 50 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Fresh parsley, chopped - 2 tablespoons
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- Add the cooked cauliflower to the cheese mixture and stir until the cauliflower is well coated.
- Transfer the cauliflower mixture into a greased baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
