Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts - 300 grams
  • 200 grams broccoli florets
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 50 grams shredded cheddar cheese
  • 50 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. While the chicken is cooking, steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 5 minutes, then set aside.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, and paprika until well combined.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and place it in a baking dish. Top the chicken with the steamed broccoli, then spread the cheese mixture evenly over the broccoli and chicken.
