Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets - 300 grams
  • Cream cheese - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
  • Heavy cream - 100 ml
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and slightly tender. Drain and set aside.
