Ingredients

  • Broccoli florets - 300 grams
  • Greek yogurt - 100 grams
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded - 50 grams
  • Parmesan cheese, grated - 20 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, combine the blanched broccoli with the cheese mixture. Drizzle olive oil over the top and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish and sprinkle a little extra cheddar on top if desired.
