- Broccoli florets - 300 grams
- Greek yogurt - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 50 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 20 grams
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a pot of boiling salted water, blanch the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp. Drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
- In a baking dish, combine the blanched broccoli with the cheese mixture. Drizzle olive oil over the top and toss to coat evenly.
