  • Cream cheese - 120 grams, softened
  • Greek yogurt - 50 grams
  • Vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Powdered sugar - 20 grams (for dusting)

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a mini muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, and melted butter, then mix until well combined.
  3. Press the almond mixture into the bottom of each muffin liner to form a crust, ensuring it is evenly distributed.
