Ingredients

  • 2 large bell peppers (any color)
  • 100 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 50 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt - to taste
  • Pepper - to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  4. Fill each half of the bell peppers with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
  5. Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
