- 50 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
- 30 grams grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt - to taste
- Pepper - to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise and remove the seeds and membranes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Fill each half of the bell peppers with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to pack it in.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
