  • Grated Parmesan cheese - 30 grams
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley, chopped - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  2. Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and remove the stems carefully.
  3. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture, pressing down gently to fill them completely.
