- shredded cheddar cheese - 1 cup
- parmesan cheese - 1/2 cup
- garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- paprika - 1/4 teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
- fresh herbs (optional) - 1 tablespoon, chopped
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded cheddar cheese, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and chili powder. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
- Scoop a tablespoon of the cheese mixture and place it on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 5 cm apart. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of a spoon.
- If using, sprinkle fresh herbs on top of each cheese mound.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let the cheese crisps cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
