Ingredients

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Grate the sharp cheddar cheese and place it in a mixing bowl.
  3. Add paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper to the cheese and mix well to combine.
  4. Using a tablespoon, scoop the cheese mixture and place it on the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each scoop.
  5. Flatten each scoop slightly with the back of the spoon to form round discs.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
