- Heavy cream - 120 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Butter - 25 grams
- Chives, chopped - 2 tablespoons (for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
- Steam the cauliflower florets for about 5-7 minutes until tender but not mushy, then drain and set aside.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.
