  • Jalapeño - 1 small, finely chopped (optional)
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Avocado - 1 small, diced
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon

Steps

  1. Begin by peeling and deveining the shrimp, then chop them into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine the shrimp with lime juice, covering all the shrimp well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator for 15 minutes until the shrimp turn opaque.
  3. While the shrimp is marinating, prepare the vegetables: finely chop the red onion, dice the tomato, and chop the cilantro and jalapeño (if using).
