  • Fresh lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon mustard - 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh dill - 2 tablespoons (chopped)
  • Salt - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour to prevent burning during cooking.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, chopped dill, salt, and black pepper to create a marinade.
  4. Place the salmon fillets on the soaked cedar plank skin-side down.
