- Cauliflower - 250 grams, grated
- Almond flour - 60 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Egg - 1 large
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon, for drizzling
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- Using your hands, form the mixture into small tot shapes, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) long, and place them on the prepared baking tray.
- Drizzle the tops of the cauliflower tots with olive oil to help them crisp up during baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
