Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 250 grams, grated
  • Almond flour - 60 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Egg - 1 large
  • Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon, for drizzling

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the grated cauliflower, almond flour, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
  3. Using your hands, form the mixture into small tot shapes, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) long, and place them on the prepared baking tray.
  4. Drizzle the tops of the cauliflower tots with olive oil to help them crisp up during baking.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
