- Cauliflower - 300 grams
- Cream cheese - 100 grams
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 30 grams
- Unsweetened almond milk - 100 ml
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Onion powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon (optional for garnish)
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and steam them for about 5-7 minutes until tender.
- In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine cream cheese, almond milk, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Add the shredded cheddar cheese and grated Parmesan cheese to the saucepan, continuing to stir until fully melted and combined.
- Once the cauliflower is steamed, drain any excess water and add it to the cheese sauce. Gently mix until the cauliflower is coated with the cheese sauce.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle additional cheddar cheese on top if desired.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the top is golden and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes. Garnish with paprika if desired before serving.
