Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 250 grams
  • Tahini - 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Water - 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh parsley - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets and spread them on a baking sheet.
  3. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in the oven for about 20 minutes, or until tender and slightly golden.
  4. Remove the cauliflower from the oven and let it cool slightly.
