Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 300 grams, chopped into florets
  • Low-fat milk - 200 ml
  • Grated low-fat cheddar cheese - 100 grams
  • Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
  • Whole wheat breadcrumbs - 30 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
