- Low-fat milk - 200 ml
- Grated low-fat cheddar cheese - 100 grams
- Parmesan cheese - 30 grams, grated
- Whole wheat breadcrumbs - 30 grams
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and add the cauliflower florets. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until just tender, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
