- Spinach (fresh) - 30 grams

Steps
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Wash and chop the cauliflower into florets, then steam them until tender, about 8-10 minutes.
- Once cooked, transfer the cauliflower to a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out excess moisture until the cauliflower is as dry as possible.
- In a large bowl, combine the cauliflower, mozzarella cheese, Parmesan cheese, egg, almond flour, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Spread the cauliflower mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a round pizza crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove the crust from the oven and spread the tomato sauce evenly over the top.
- Top with sliced bell peppers, red onion, and fresh spinach. Sprinkle additional mozzarella cheese if desired.
- Return the pizza to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
