Ingredients

  • Cauliflower - 250 grams, riced

  • Chickpea flour - 40 grams
  • Green onion - 2, finely chopped
  • Garlic - 1 clove, minced
  • Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
  • Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons, for frying

Steps

  1. 1. Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
