- Cauliflower - 250 grams, riced
- Old Bay seasoning - 1 teaspoon
- Chickpea flour - 40 grams
- Green onion - 2, finely chopped
- Garlic - 1 clove, minced
- Fresh parsley - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons, for frying
Steps
- 1. Steam the riced cauliflower for about 5-7 minutes until tender, then drain and let cool slightly.
- 2. In a large bowl, combine the steamed cauliflower, Old Bay seasoning, chickpea flour, green onion, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
- 3. Mix until fully combined, then form the mixture into 4 patties.
- 4. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
