  • almond flour - 1/2 cup

  • honey - 2 tablespoons
  • eggs - 1 large
  • baking powder - 1 teaspoon
  • cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
  • vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
  • salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • water - 1/4 cup

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the grated cattail roots, almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
