- Cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Water - 250ml
- Olive oil - 1 tablespoon (15ml)
Steps
- In a medium saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
- Stir in the chopped dried apricots and prunes, and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Add honey, cinnamon, nutmeg, salt, and water to the saucepan, stirring well to combine all ingredients.
