- caribou ground meat - 400 grams
- garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- onion powder - 1 teaspoon

- black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon
- coconut oil - 1 tablespoon
- avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- tomato - 1 medium, sliced
- red onion - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
- mixed greens - 100 grams
- mustard - 1 tablespoon
Steps
- In a mixing bowl, combine the caribou ground meat, garlic powder, onion powder, sea salt, and black pepper. Mix well until fully incorporated.
- Divide the meat mixture into 2 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
- Heat coconut oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the burger patties and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- While the burgers are cooking, prepare the toppings: slice the avocado, tomato, and red onion.
- Once the burgers are done, remove them from the skillet and let them rest for a minute.
