- Sour cream - 100 grams
- Egg - 1 large
- Graham cracker crumbs - 50 grams

- Apples - 1 medium (about 150 grams), peeled and thinly sliced
- Caramel sauce - 50 grams
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Nutmeg - 1/4 teaspoon
Steps
- Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a 6-inch (15 cm) springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese with granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
- Add sour cream and the egg to the cream cheese mixture, then mix until fully incorporated.
- Fold in the sliced apples, cinnamon, and nutmeg, making sure they are evenly distributed within the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust in the springform pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
