Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes - 200 grams
  • Fresh mozzarella balls (bocconcini) - 150 grams
  • Fresh basil leaves - 20 grams
  • Extra virgin olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic vinegar - 1 tablespoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste

Steps

  1. Rinse the cherry tomatoes and basil leaves under cold water and pat dry.
  2. In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and simmer over low heat until reduced by half, about 5 minutes. Set aside to cool.
