  • Fresh basil leaves - 10 leaves
  • Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
  • Balsamic glaze - 2 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the crust and spread it evenly.
  4. Layer the sliced tomatoes evenly over the pizza crust.
  5. Top the tomatoes with slices of fresh mozzarella cheese.
  6. Sprinkle salt and black pepper over the cheese and tomatoes.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
