  • Garlic cloves - 2, minced
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 100 grams, shredded
  • Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 1/2 cup, diced
  • Red onion - 1/4 cup, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 1/2 medium, thinly sliced
  • Spinach - 1 cup, fresh
  • Cherry tomatoes - 1/2 cup, halved
  • Dried oregano - 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Roll out the whole wheat pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the rolled-out dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic, then brush this mixture over the pizza crust.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Evenly distribute the diced bell pepper, red onion, zucchini, spinach, and cherry tomatoes on top of the cheese.
