  • Pizza dough - 200 grams
  • Olive oil - 1 tablespoon
  • Tomato sauce - 100 grams
  • Mozzarella cheese - 150 grams, shredded
  • Bell pepper (mixed colors) - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Red onion - 50 grams, thinly sliced
  • Zucchini - 100 grams, thinly sliced
  • Mushrooms - 100 grams, sliced
  • Spinach - 50 grams, fresh
  • Italian seasoning - 1 teaspoon
  • Salt - to taste
  • Black pepper - to taste
  • Fresh basil leaves - for garnish

Steps

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness and shape.
  3. Transfer the rolled dough to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Brush the dough with olive oil to create a golden crust.
  5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the surface of the dough.
  6. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  7. Arrange the sliced bell peppers, red onion, zucchini, and mushrooms evenly on top of the cheese.
  8. Add fresh spinach, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper to taste.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbling.
  10. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a couple of minutes.
  11. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before slicing and serving.
