- Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
- Garlic powder - 1/2 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
- Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
- Cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped (optional)
Steps
- In a bowl, mix the ground turkey or beef with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Shape the mixture into two equal patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked and browned.
