- Shrimp (peeled and deveined) - 300 grams
- Olive oil - 2 tablespoons
- Cajun seasoning - 2 teaspoons
- Garlic powder - 1 teaspoon
- Lettuce leaves (for wrapping) - 4 large leaves
- Avocado - 1 medium, sliced
- Cherry tomatoes - 100 grams, halved
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Fresh cilantro - 2 tablespoons, chopped
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
Steps
- In a bowl, combine the shrimp with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the shrimp evenly.
