- Diced tomatoes (canned) - 200g
- Chicken broth - 500ml
- Heavy cream - 100ml
- Green onions (sliced) - 2 for garnish

Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced onion, celery, and bell pepper, and sauté until softened, about 5 minutes.
