- Cajun seasoning - 1 tablespoon (15g)
- Diced tomatoes - 1 cup (240g), canned
- Bay leaf - 1
- Salt - to taste
- Black pepper - to taste
- Green onions - 2, sliced (for garnish)
Steps
- In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion, green bell pepper, and celery to the pot, cooking until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
